I don't think I could have gained a better insight into the unrelenting dangers of demon that is alcoholism without reading this book。 As a someone without the infliction， I learned why someone will always be an alcoholic， even if they can easily avoid drinking for the rest of their life， as well as how a single drop of the stuff might take them entirely of the sustaining morality of their mortal coil。 I don't think I could have gained a better insight into the unrelenting dangers of demon that is alcoholism without reading this book。 As a someone without the infliction， I learned why someone will always be an alcoholic， even if they can easily avoid drinking for the rest of their life， as well as how a single drop of the stuff might take them entirely of the sustaining morality of their mortal coil。 。。。more

قرأت النسخة المترجمة منه، الترجمة جيدة ولكن أحيانا الترجمة بتبقى خارج السياق والجملة تبقى غير مفهومةالكتاب مهم وفيه قصص جميلة وهي افضل من طريقة راسل برنامج في كتاب freedom لأن الكتاب هنا مبني على الإيمان بالله بدون التحريفات اللي جت بعد كده عشان تلائم الجميع مغ ذلك كتاب راسل براند في قوة عن هذا الكتاب في التفاصيل وانه مش محدد الإدمان بمادة الشرب فقط كما في هذا الكتاب。

I read the Big Book from end to end。 Took me almost 2 years to read， but really has a lot of good tools to help those who want to quit drinking stay sober。 Many of the stories talk about how people started drinking， how they stopped and what they did after sobriety。 It’s not for everyone but for those looking to get sober it’s really a great guide to get there。
